Terms of Service

Effective date: July 16, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, portals, APIs, and communications services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by TelzLink Telecom Inc., a Delaware corporation (“TelzLink”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

TelzLink provides cloud communications services, including virtual phone numbers, SIP trunking, outbound dialing tools, and AI-assisted voice services. Features available to you depend on your account configuration and plan.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features over time. Where a change materially reduces core functionality you have paid for, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials, including SIP credentials and API keys.

The Services are offered to businesses and individuals with legal capacity to contract. You may not use the Services if doing so is prohibited under applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In particular, you are solely responsible for complying with telemarketing, robocall, caller-ID, do-not-call, and call-recording laws applicable to your calls, in every jurisdiction you call into or from.

We may suspend or terminate Services immediately where we reasonably believe your usage is unlawful, fraudulent, or harms the network, other customers, or called parties.

4. Fees, balances, and payment

Usage-based Services are billed per applicable rates presented in your account. Prepaid balances are consumed by usage; postpaid accounts are invoiced per their agreed cycle and credit limit.

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card, PayPal, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after network confirmation. Except where required by law, fees and consumed balances are non-refundable.

5. Service levels

We engineer the platform for high availability and target 99.99% uptime for core call processing. Unless expressly agreed in a signed service-level agreement, uptime targets are objectives, not contractual guarantees.

6. Intellectual property

TelzLink retains all rights in the Services, software, and documentation. You retain all rights in your content, contact lists, and recordings; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services on your behalf.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. TelzLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data.

Our aggregate liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to TelzLink in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Emergency services

VoIP services are not a replacement for traditional emergency calling. Emergency service availability (such as E911) varies by number type and country and may be unavailable during power or internet outages. You must inform your users of these limitations.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment, unlawful use, or risk to the platform. Upon termination we will make account data available for export for a reasonable period, subject to law.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified via the Services or email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
